| Welcoming home situated on the outskirts of old market town of Newcastlewest -country aspect yet only minutes from Shops, Restaurants, Pubs, etc. We are situated halfway between Counties Kerry and Limerick and within one hour's drive from Cork City. We are convenient to Shannon Airport and also to Farranfore Airport in Co Kerry. Our home is a Bungalow and all Bedrooms are on ground-floor level. On arrival you will be served Tea/Coffee and Cookies/Biscuits or Scones by the host - Nuala. In the Town of Newcastlewest - there are some very pretty shops and you also have a 13th Century Castle situated in the Town Square, known as "Desmond" Castle - now open to the public and daily guided tours are available. The town also has an extensive Park known as the "Demesne" with some lovely walks. The Mineral Water which is now very well known "Ballygowan" Spring Water is bottled at source. | |
